It is so obvious that you build your homes with your heart and take pride in what you create. It’s like every one of your homes that you build are your babies.

This is our very first house and we could not be happier. We feel like we have lived here forever. We are very comfortable and cozy here. Your homes are not just houses, but they are truly homes. We love spending as much time in it as we can and enjoy showing it off to all our family and friends. We also cannot wait to grow our family in this house.

We have many family members and friends who are in the areas of construction and architecture and every single person has been impressed with the very high quality and soundness of our newly constructed home.

It always makes us so happy when the people we trust tell us about how impressed they are about the structural soundness and the craftsmanship of our home. It just confirms our initial impression of Baldanza Homes and that we made the right choice!

Lou, the quality of construction and material that you have put into our home was the very best. You gave us a schedule to follow towards the completion of the house which guided us and allowed me to stay focused and select everything that I wanted for my home in a timely fashion.

Linda, I really respect your meticulous attitude toward delivering us the house, not only on time, but incredibly perfect right down to the paint and the floors . You were very instrumental towards the selection of what I call the “fun” part which included helping us choose the tiles, paint, and other kitchen and bath decisions. Our final walkthrough together was a truly great and exciting experience.

Charlie, I want to especially thank you for being there for each and every question, decision and concern. You were on the job all of the time overseeing everything and everyone. You made sure that everything was done so perfectly and on time. I really respect the great relationships that you and your family had with the groups of workers that built the house. Charlie, after we moved in, any questions or concerns we had – you were always on top of everything immediately and always got the job done. Our family had a great experience in building our dream house in River Vale.
