Baldanza Construction is a custom homebuilding company located in Northern NJ. The owners of Baldanza Construction - Lou, Linda and Charles Baldanza are the third and fourth generation of a family that has been building fine homes in Northern New Jersey for nearly a century.

We offer custom homes on our lots or yours. We will lead you through the process from the original design to the last finishing touch...from an empty property and a blank sheet of paper to the last mosaic and moulding detail in your dream home.
